How To Play Moto X3M: Your Guide to Three Stars

Moto X3M is one of the most popular games on Coolmath Games, and once you play it, you will understand why. Moto X3M is a fast-paced, dirt bike racing game where you try to get through obstacles as fast as you can. Depending on how fast you finish, you will be rewarded anywhere between 0-3 stars. 

The ultimate goal is to get 3 stars on every level. Some levels you might be able to get 3 stars on the first or second try, but on other levels it may take many more attempts in order to get 3 stars. In reality you will probably find yourself stuck on a level unable to get 3 stars, but that’s okay!

That’s why we created this guide to help you out as you play the game. We can’t promise that you will fly through level after level getting 3 stars, but we can promise that if you use these tips and tricks, you will have a much better shot at it.

Speed Control is Key

When you load into your first course, you might be tempted to put the pedal to the metal and go as fast as you can.

Although there are times where this is a good strategy, sometimes you need to keep an eye on your speed. There are some obstacles that require you to drive a little bit slower. If you go too fast you might find yourself flying into a side of a mountain, or even worse, a spike trap. 

Make sure to control your speed by leaning forward or back. Don’t go too far, though! If you lean too far in, you’ll for sure crash. Use a slower speed when it is needed to get around tough parts of the course, and then go full throttle when the course permits. 

Flip Like Crazy

You can shave time off of your run if you do flips. For every flip you do on the course, half a second will be taken off of your time. Although this doesn’t seem like a lot, that half a second can be the difference between 2 or 3 stars. Hold down the left or right arrow key in order to do multiple flips in one go and get more time back.

You aren’t going to be able to flip on every jump, but when you do get enough air, make sure to get your flips in to help your time. 

Try, Try, and Try Again

In a perfect world, you load into the game and fly through obstacles getting 3 stars without breaking a sweat. 

However, the truth is you are probably going to crash...a lot. In order to get 3 stars on every level, you will need to do some levels multiple times. Oftentimes, you will find your time gets better and better with every run. So if you find yourself stuck on a level, keep going! You might just be 1 run away from 3 stars.
