Pou has three main stats you have to watch out for: Hunger, Health, and Fun. These stat blocks can be seen at the top of the screen. If one or more of these stats aren't green, that means you have to raise it until it turns green to make sure Pou is happy!

To clean Pou, tap on the soap bar in the bottom left corner to enter cleaning mode. In cleaning mode, you'll see a soap bar in the upper left corner. Tap and drag it to wash Pou's dirt off. Then tap and drag the shower icon from the upper right corner to wash the soap off. Tap and drag the towel from the lower left corner to dry Pou off. Finally, tap and drag the toothbrush to brush Pou's teeth.

To feed Pou, tap the fridge on the screen. You can tap and drag any of the highlighted foods to feed Pou.

If you want to dress Pou up, tap on the wardrobe. You can change Pou's color, hairstyle, outfits, and accessories to customize your Pou!

You can take Pou outside into the garden by tapping on the door in the upper left corner. Here, you can water the flowers by tapping on the cloud and dragging it on top of the flowers to watch them grow. Pou can also sing to the flowers by tapping the singing note! You can also take care of Pou's little friend by feeding him (tap and drag the cracker to feed him), playing with him (tap and drag the soccer ball to play), and taking him for a walk (tap the collar).

Pou loves to play games! Tapon the rainbow game controller and you can play 5 mini-games with Pou.

Each day you come to take care of Pou, you'll have three daily goals (these can be seen by tapping on the checklist). As you achieve goals, you'll earn EXP which will help Pou grow. The more Pou grows, the more customization and food options you can give to them!

Is Pou a potato?

Surprisingly, Pou isn't a potato or an actual Poo. Pou is an alien that came from outer space. Despite Pou’s otherworldy origins, Pou feels right at home when cleaned, fed, and exercised. Make sure to give Pou lots of love and attention to keep it happy.

What kind of genre is Pou?

Pou is a hard game to define. It is kind of a subgenre of animal games. Unlike most animal games where you are playing as an animal though, it is your job to take care of the animal instead. We refer to this as a pet care game.
