Put walls up in the empty spaces... But, you have to follow these rules:

1) The number of walls connecting to a pillar (hub) must match the number written on the pillar.

2) The walls must not form closed loops.

The game will tell you when you are breaking a rule. This game seems really hard at first, but it's easy once you get used to how it works.
