Your task is to figure out how much explosive force the Space Pod needs to enter the glowing Target Zone at the top of the screen. But don't let the Pod hit the top, or it will explode! Drag your explosives underneath the Pod, then press "Launch!" to launch the Space Pod. To make your own planets, check out the "Planet Builder."
What does that weird stuff in the game with the 10 and the exponent mean?
That's scientific notation! Scientific notation is a way to write a number as the product of a number between 1 and 10 and a multiple of 10. If you play with your calculator a bit, you'll see that, when you change the exponent on that 10, the overall value changes a HUGE amount! If you don't know what the little number on the 10 means, check out our Coolmath.com lesson on Exponents!
