Use WASD or the Arrow Keys to move. You have a limited number of steps, and you must reach another flag before you run out. Each time you touch a flag, you'll reset your step count to the number of dots on the flag.

Move between rooms to find all of your Cat crewmates. As you explore the world, you'll find sign posts that give further clues about how to play. Sometimes you need to run out of steps to solve a puzzle, so don't be afraid to experiment! You can also press Z to undo your last step.
